INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE INS BAIL FORMS.

We ask you to please read and complete the following forms as best you
can.Keep in mind that any fields left blank may delay the posting of the bond.
If a question does not apply to you, please mark N/A for non-applicable.

DHS = Department of Homeland Security
INS   = Immigration office.

The following is a list of these forms.

1. INS Bond Worksheet. This form is required by DHS in-order to post an
immigration bond. It is given along with the bond power at an INS office.

2. Indemnity Agreement. The information is on you the co-signer / guarantor for
this bond. Please complete fully and read carefully as you are financially
responsible if the bond is breached for whatever reason.

3. Credit Card Authorization Form. This form allows the Surety or it’s agent to
charge your credit card for any fees associated with this immigration bond,
including all premiums and collateral. NOTE: collateral is held as security for all
obligations owed to the Surety for this bond posting and is returned minus any
fees owing when the Surety receives an official DHS-INS I-391 Cancellation of
Bond form.

4. Immigration Bond Agreement and Indemnitors Bond Agreement. Both these
forms bind you legally for any loss, breach, expense pertaining to this bond.
