on its way to becoming the aspiring metropolis it is today. Miami with its
new need for more housing rapidly saw new home construction skyrocket.
Unincorporated Miami-Dade County became a city within a city. From new mega
shopping complex’s, to entire residential communities with their own civil
services and municipalities. Downtown Miami real estate also saw an
explosive growth from luxury waterfront homes to huge 40+ story
condominiums. In a short time Miami has grown up to be one the Worlds most
attractive cities to live and work. Real estate values have continued to
climb to levels unimaginable 15-20 years ago but still affordable compared
